Great guy, friendly yet professional, works diligently and carefully keeping me updated as he’s working on my stove. It’s not his fault this Samsung Stove has been a lemon since purchased. He has tried everything.

UPDATE 2: What a joke. The number given to me in the owner response, to “resolve”my issue is the same AI robo service, no option to a live agent, circle you around and waste your time bullcrap. My suggestion: NEVER USE THIS SERVICE unless you like being ignored and don’t mind paying for it. UPDATE: Finally found a number to talk to a live agent. Was told they would get a more detailed prognosis and email me within 2-3 hours. Never got an email. No surprise. I would give 5 stars for service. The technician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. We didn’t get the washer repaired because the cost to repair would be more than to buy new. BUT- we need a more detailed report of exactly what is wrong with the washer parts in order for our home insurance to cover the expense. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH SEARS HOME REPAIR after they service or diagnose your appliance. All we need is a detailed report so we can be compensated, and no matter what number you call it’s all AI generated and no option to speak to a live agent. We paid $139 just for diagnostics. We thought we’d go to the actual Escanaba address listed for the business to talk with a live person, but there is no Sears Home Repair business at that address. If a business needs to hide from it’s customers, it cannot be trusted.
