Mr. Brian was professional and skilled. However, your A-I bot, and voice prompts rate at a -10! The bot didn't address my concerns at all, which delayed my repair. Also, my service was cancelled by your software twice. Unacceptable, to say the least!

Lot of service techs fall in line in a sea of mediocrity. Jessup rises above the waves and soars! Upon initial consultation, he gave me a complete rundown of the diagnosis and what needed to be done and the potential caveats that may arise. When the parts arrived, he came out, did the repair and allowed me to clean what needed to be cleaned before he was to complete his repair. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly! This is what separates the men from the boys! I can't thank him enough!

Brian is the smartest and best technician that I have experienced with Sears. I have been a customer for many years and no one has been as thorough in servicing my boiler furnace and it's parts like Mr. Brian.
