Polite and honest assessment
I'm having a problem with my fridge. Benny arrived within the scheduled window. He was very polite and gave me an assessment of what he thought the problem was and what options we had to solve it. I appreciate that he gave me multiple options and not just the most expensive one. What he suggested was a simple fix (kicking myself for not thinking of it sooner myself) but hopefully it works!
