Howard came in and diagnose the problem previously. He ordered the parts and told me they may be there prior to the date they were scheduled to arrive and if that did occur to just contact Sears and he'd be right out at the next available appointment. The parts arrived, ahead of schedule. I contacted Sears, set up the appointment and he arrived on time fix the washer and even leveled it for me. He did excellent work and provided stellar customer service.
