Excellent Service
Mr. Brian is the technician who services my boiler gas furnace every year. He is always on time and very professional. He is patient and doesn't mind answering questions regarding my boiler. He is very knowledgeable. Sears this is one technician your company should really keep.

Kevin arrived for his service call professionally dressed, cordial, self-confident, & unpretentious. I was very comfortable with his presence. He quickly identified and explained the issue with my 20-year old refrigerator, (which I had assumed would require replacement); made the necessary repair, and was on his way within an hour.
