Very happy with service provided

I was especially glad I could get a next day appointment. Worked very smoothly. My repair person was Dennis who arrived promptly, who was very courteous and who explained the problems he discovered. Fortunately, it was a matter of replacing two parts and I was good to go. He told me the machine was a very good one and should last for many more years. Very happy with the service.

This gentleman is very knowledgeable about what he's doing. He should be teaching other technicians . It's not just about repairing when you come into someone's home. It's about everything surrounding what you're doing. He's wonderful , polite and knows what he's doing . He should be a teacher.

Finally, Sears sent a Technician who diagnosed the problem correctly. Mr. Kevin was professional, knowlegeable and understanding regarding my frustration. My fridge has been freezing all my food including eggs, fruits, veggies and much more for over a month. Mr. Kevin said it was the thermostat which was causing the problem so he placed an order for a replacement which was installed today. Hopefully, this will solve the problem.
