It takes to long to search out parts. Charged for part not needed and not instaled on write up?? Now the over use of water shut off valve is now leaking. Dishwasher works but job not done.

Adonis was immediately aware of the repair issue pertaining to my Kenmore refrigerator, and although the serial number was difficult to see, he was able to obtain the number by calling the repair office to ascertain the numbers which were difficult to see. He combined the others which were visible, to derive at the full sequence serial number. This was a big asset in completing the repair involving the proper part. Adonis cited the serial number, which I wrote down for future reference. I am pleased with the service, and look forward to having Adonis service other appliances if available.
