I would recommend this service 100% The technicians were knowledgeable, professional and informative. Gave me some tips on how to use my dryer efficiently and checked to see that it was installed and vented correctly. Less than an hour later, done!

He was very professional and explained the problem very well. Although it could not be repaired under warranty, he let me know he was contacting the manufacturer to get a replacement or refund.

For my first appointment Richard diagnosed the problem and order a replacement part. He was fast and friendly. For the next 3 appointments to install the replacement part - no one ever showed up - my wait time was 32hours for those 3 appointments. Todays appointment was obtained through customer service after I complained about 3 "no shows," everything went well and the tech was very efficient and pleasant. I won't know if the problem is fixed until tomorrow. The service isn't overpriced as stated below, but the part seemed very expensive. In any event, I thought Richard did a great job and was very conscientios.

Awesome Service! Will definitely use them next time! Fixed my out of warranty stove in 20 minutes and only $139. Didn't have to wait all day either. Got here about 10:20am. I like the text updates and the ability to track by time. Very helpful.
