Stephen was awesome, he knew exactly what was wrong, fixed the problem in 20 minutes, made sure everything worked and made sure it was all back in place before he left. I have used Sears Appliance Repair before through my extended warranty with American Home Shield and will definitely request them again when I need repairs.
