The Technition was not the problem. The problem is with Sears communication. They told me 3 times they would be here to fix my problem from 8 AM to 5 PM. 3 times I sat here all day and nobody showed up.

William was knowledgeable and wanted to make sure all of our issues were resolved before he left. He went the extra mile to make a few phone calls and resolved all of our issues with our GE Laundry Unit.

The tech that visited our home today was professional and knowledgable. After having had another servicing agency out for the same issue, he got on the phone to GE and found out more information in 30 minutes than the other agency did in two visits with a replacement part. While he could not do anything to help, thanks to him I now know this is a KNOWN ISSUE with GE and there is a company bulletin out regarding it and the fix. Taking my case back to GE consumer relations as I'm pretty sure they've know about this for some time and the company is wasting my warranty length and time trying to "fix" the issue when they already knew what was wrong! Thank you to your wonderful tech for helping bring this to light!
