The guy who came was super nice and very informative but the company service ill never use again. Didn't even bring the part needed and just to replace a fan in my fridge was gonna cost 600$ whenever the part was available.... I declined and my husband ended up finding the part in town for 54$ and fixed it himself in like 20 min. What a mess. Never again.

This company is a scam. Like previous reviews note, there is no actual human to talk to. It is 'AI' only, and a poor version at that. Also, the tech is not actually in Coldwater. Don't be fooled by a local business address. I contacted this company for an appliance repair for my refrigerator. They came out once. I was told it would be a $750 repair, but the repair technician didn’t have the part so they would have to come out the following week. Payment was required at the time of service for parts and labor. They originally scheduled for Tuesday, 9/23/25. They cancelled. I rescheduled for Thursday, 9/25/25 and despite having a 9-hr window of time to show, the person never showed and a service tech sent a message at 5:20 pm saying they rescheduled for first available spot on Friday, 9/26/25. On Friday, despite being 'rescheduled for the first available spot' no one-showed up despite having another 9-hr window of service. I would recommend not to contact this company with your business. They are con-artists of the worst kind. Update: I find it interesting that someone makes the time to reply to their google reviews, but their company has gone 'all-in' for AI and customer service. My guess is they get the '1' star reviews so often, some corporate jockey has their 'I'm sorry' template on the front page of their desktop.

No office in Coldwater. No humans to speak to. Repair person couldn't work with our warranty. Didn't get any help for our LG refrigerator just lost days waiting for nothing.
