Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with his service. However, I was told the repair would be between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m and it was 6:30 p.m. when he arrived. I received no phone call that it would be this late. I am really disappointed in their appointment times. There has got to be a better way of setting appointments.
