Other than it took three appointments because of parts and shipping, everything was good.
Customer service response - We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay in parts and shipping. We appreciate your understanding and patience throughout the process. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

The guy who came was super nice and very informative but the company service ill never use again. Didn't even bring the part needed and just to replace a fan in my fridge was gonna cost 600$ whenever the part was available.... I declined and my husband ended up finding the part in town for 54$ and fixed it himself in like 20 min. What a mess. Never again.
Customer service response - We apologize for the trouble you've faced, Jessica. This is not the experience we want for our customers. Please contact us at searshomeservices.com or call 1-800-469-4663 so we can assist you further. Thank you for your patience.

Finally a five star tech arrived to fix our washer - 14 days after the first tech was at our house. You have very poor communication between your techs. The last tech had no record of our washer.. Also, it was almost impossible and very frustrating talking with AI and connecting on line.

I would give it less than a star. I have been wasting my time with AI Generated text, scheduling agent, and automated phone loops for days now. The scheduling agent via text message offers an earlier repair date for getting my washing machine fixed, which I take. When they fail to be able to meet the new date, they want to schedule me out further than my original scheduled date. When you call to arrange to have the original date prior to the bump up, you get placed in an automated phone response hell with virtually no way to speak to a person. If you do happen to get through to a person, it is a person at an overseas call center. If it wasn't for wanting to maintain the manufacturer's warranty, I would have just purchased the part from Amazon and made the repair myself. The washing machine would have been fixed in less than 2 weeks. I'm currently still waiting for the repair at about the six week mark.

I called and set up an appointment. First off, they tried convincing me to buy special service packages. Second, during the entire week before my appointment day, all I ever saw for a time was "between 8am and 5pm." This includes the day before my appointment, so I had to use a vacation day from work in order to make sure I was home for when the repair tech showed up (because of course they don't do weekends). Lastly, this time window did not become more specific even on the day of my appointment. I was finally called and told that someone could not make it in for my repair appointment about halfway through the 8-5 window. I appreciate the apology for the inconvenience, but it's still a rather large inconvenience. I'm calling someone else (and getting a local person, not a call center).
