My service tech was great. The scheduling of this is horrible. No one has time to wait between eight and five for someone to arrive the day of it. Seems like you could give someone a better idea if it would be morning or afternoon at least. Like I said, the tech was great experience with your program and scheduling and communication was very unsatisfactory.
