Freezer did not work after repair person left, and now 2 days later, after many calls, no resolution. No call back from the repair person after calling him directly, nothing.

I waited 11 hours and never heard from my technician. This is the second day I took off work to try and get my refrigerator issue resolved. I have parts Sears ordered sitting in a box. Apparently my technician canceled my appointment saying he’d already been here. Which he had - 3 weeks ago!!! I’m extremely disappointed and now it’s my duty to call and reschedule!!! Why - I didn’t cancel - the technician did😡
