Patrick was Polite, efficient, respectful of my appliances. It was fast to get the problem diagnosed and a part was ordered and shipped to my home. But the system I had to use to get my appointment to have my microwave repaired is a joke! I think it needs a little bit of tweaking! Why can’t we talk to someone about the repair and or set up an appointment with a human not a virtual person. The virtual person tells us what day and time they are available and we have to pull strings to get a time that works best for us the customer because I work the same days and times they kept setting me up.
