The technician was wonderful Im just sad that I won't have a working washer yet. Not the technicians fault just can't get the parts for my brand of washer even though it's only 7 yrs old .....

I just paid $400 to have our washer repaired because 2 roller wheels had snapped. It would have cost $500 for a new dishwasher. Embarrassing. Service was quick, professional, and efficient.

The technician was great!. The water leak problem appears to be a design flaw by the manufacturer who doesn't appear to have a way to fix it. Shame on them!! I will not be buying anything made by LG in the future.

The repair person was excellent However, we had to wait 3 weeks for our dishwasher to be repaired. The parts had to be ordered and no one could give us an estimated time to have it worked on other than an 8 hr span.

The repair was completed, but not reinstalled. He plugged it in enough to hear the motor run. The service rep, Patrick, was very rude in letting me know that they don't do reinstallation. I was going to try calling American Home ShieldI was told I had to have someone pull it out so they can get to it, was not told that it would need to be put back by someone else. There was no I'm sorry, or any reasonable conversation. He commented that he had, I believe, 91 days to retirement and he would be gone. I told him if he worked for me he'd be gone now. Another service person came in, I'm assuming from Patrick's call, and was very pleasant.

Only thing good about this repair experience is they rescheduled me and got me in sooner for my actual repair, but I don’t like that they have no late appointments. After repair on Monday 3/30/26 my washer started shaking real bad in spin cycle and smoking a half hour later after repair man left. This happened after the first cycle ran after repairing. The spin cycle was working fine before the repair. I had to make another appointment first available for my availability was Friday 4/3 due to no late appointments and I may be charged another diagnostic fee $139 . I don’t think I will use them again

No one came to my house. The technician called to cancel the appointment because the issue was something that he said would not be covered/that they do not fix. So I repeat, no one came to my house, and I did not sign anything.
