The worst customer service ! I have been a customer for over 10 years and have had one claim. I made an appointment for my dryer because it was making a noise. Three appointments latter and all a NO Show still no communications. 8 to 5 appontinments ? all day long waiting and no call , no text, no email . This is what I paid for every month ??? Do not trust anything they tell you and expect to get a robot AI stinks. But they took my deposit up front .

Update: the response from this review gives me the same number to talk to a computer again! Appointment rescheduled after waiting all day. Technician diagnosed on second appointment. Had to pay upfront for parts and Labor. Tech does not have tool to complete repair and the computer keeps assigning him to come and do the repair. There is no one to talk to except a computer that has no option to resolve the issue. Third appointment waited all day. It was rescheduled. Meanwhile, I’m out $700 with a fridge that does not work. It’s been 11 days since they took my money and the tech can’t even talk to somebody to get his tool replaced. You’re at the mercy of a computer that does not understand. Absolutely no customer service from the company.

DO NOT EVER USE THEM! They came out FOUR times to fix our washer/dryer and charged me $600 and it is STILL BROKEN! I have called every number on the website and it is all AI - it said in the recording it is an entire AI system. No human to talk to. So frustrated!

If you have any issues, there's no one to help! You just spend the entire time on an ai loop, it's been an awful experience & I'm possibly out $500, there's no customer service to ask

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY 55 YEARS OF LIFE! If I could give Sears negative stars I would. I was w/out a refrigerator for nearly 2 MONTHS because of their incompetence. Countless no show no call appointments tht you have to be home all day 8-5 and there is no way to reach a human for help, 2 options are a 100% worthless chatbot or an AI assistant via phone which is somehow more annoying and worthless thn chatbot. I will NEVER do business w/Sears again. 2 of the appointments the guy didn’t even knock (I was home) but just took a pic of the front of my house and left (I have ring video of this) thn say they came and I wasn’t home. Literally THE WORST. DO NOT USE THEM- YOU WILL REGRET!!!

I am currently having the same same issue with a tech showing up on scheduled day. I have taken three days for no one to show and very unhappy. The AI service is horrible and nobody to talk too. This company will call you after your intial service to sell you a monthly appliance plan after you give them the money upfront. I see they will reply with the same crappy AI phone number to these reviews...watch. Don't do business with these folks. They only know how to cancel and reschedule fake dates.

Repair technician was great, did the job and cleaned up when he was done. 5 stars for him. Now as far as sears goes I don't have a good comment. Appointments kept getting cancelled, tried endlessly to talk to a human with no luck. Not happy here. 3 times they canceled and cost my business a days pay. I'm told new A I . I won't recommend them, they can't even have a human call you back. Sears your artificial intelligence sucks. And you'll never get my business again. Fix your problem.
