Richard really knew what he was doing! He diagnosed the problem and went right to work to fix it. He resolved the problem on the first try and now I have a fully functioning refrigerator and ice make and no leaks!

Service Technician was great. Convenient that Sears still repairs on site, instead of having to pay to take tractor somewhere and wait weeks to get on their schedule. They should advertise that more. Only.issue I had was inflated cost of the parts,but likely still cheaper overall.
