My dryer is not fixed. 1st guy ordered 2 parts. 2nd time, they didn’t show up, no call, no text. I had to call a schedule another appointment, guy came, both parts were there, he only opened one box, installed, it came on, he left, never installing the second part, looks to be a motherboard. My wife got back in town, dryer still doesn’t work. Still coding the same error.

Wanted to charge us $600+ to replace an inverter board, ~$250 for parts and $350 for labor. Bought the part on Amazon for $100 and replaced it myself in 30 minutes. It was literally 4 screws, plug and play. Our service guy was nice enough, but the business model seems to be ‘shaft the customer, milk ‘em if you can.’

Called this company and paid $130 to come and check my washer, then explain to me i'm gonna need about $660 ish to fix it. So i'm thinking just get new washer. But i try to check on facebook, got someone to come and check, spend $100 and he fix it my washer(took him 30 minutes😅 and gave me warranty for 1 month lol), sometimes big company not guarantee gonna fix your problem.

First guy was a bust. He charged us 189 for diagnosis and cleaning. Found a sock in the drain and ran off. No cleaning and 2 months later we had the same problem. The scheduler was impossible. She wanted to sell me a plan and sell me a dryer cleaning so badly that she missed all three times I gave her MY phone number. We waited the 2 wks for nothing. On my way home to meet the tech, our appt was canceled! No call from anyone just canceled and rescheduled 5 days out. Oh well! I tried and tried to call and talk to someone. I finally had to trick them to answer. I asked to sign up for the home warranty program and made them transfer me to a person. That took 2 tries. I canceled our rescheduled appt and had them issue a refund request. I'll be watching for that closely or I'll dispute the charge. In that effort, I discovered they pre charged us for labor and parts and then!...Ordered the part on our retained credit card separately! Another $57.77 on top of the labor and parts we already paid for! This company is a scam. RUN, don't walk, somewhere else!

Price too high!

They Googled how to fix our washing machine. Left without making sure it was fixed. Wouldn’t test it before he left either. We attempted to run a cycle and still wouldn’t work.

The service never took place. The appliance was incorrectly listed as a washer. It is the water softener. I called to correct the error but have not received a scheduled repair date.
