Rob K arrived on a timely basis and was able to diagnose the issue with my stove. For some reason, my service charge was waived and that was an unexpected plus. It turns out the fix is more costly than a new appliance, thus I opted to forgo repair. Prior to the appointment I recieved multiple texts and emails of the upcoming service call and expectations. The Sears repair service experience has been professional, timely and appreciated. Rob was friendly, professional, kind and informative. Regards JM
