What a positive experience. Stephen showed up in the window given, was courteous, quick and very friendly and knowledgeable. Knew exactly the issue and was able to repair it within 30 minutes. No hidden costs or fees. Highly recommend.

Sears serviced our zero turn lawnmower. John, the technician, did an excellent job and was able to get the oil filter off that had never been changed. Very happy with the service and the ease of scheduling.

Very knowledgable, friendly and professional. Would have liked Sears to provide a detailed bill. Maintenance tune up should have been $139 was charged $209.
