We are happy with our Sears appliance Repair experience. It was very easy to set up an appointment online. They kept me in the loop by letting me know what to expect. They asked appropreiate questions about my appliance. The serviceman, Steve, was courteous and knowledgable. He found the problem within a couple of minutes and was able to get my dishwasher back up and running. He informed me about the possibilty of repairs if the problem came back and told me options. It was all in all a very good experience. Thank you.
