He was great but it’s still broken and your AI system stinks

Very honest and professional and exceptionally kind human being. Would reccomend 100% to diagnose your issue and present you with options. He does not push options at all - he just educates you and freely allow you to choose what to do based on what he finds. He takes pics to show you where the issue is coming from and explains the dangers (if any) of letting it go, fixing, or replacing. I wish mechanics were as open and honest as Abdul is as with me. Last fall I had another tech out to repair a driver and he thought he could repair the old on the Josh he did and I returned the new one I had purchased and saved $300 dollars. his demeanor was just like Absuls. Not pushy, honest and reasonable rates. 10/10 years would reccomend Sears for all home appliance repairs.

I've been calling Sears Home Services for two decades or so, and today was another excellent experience. David talked me through each step of his dishwasher repair investigation, and when it was working again went through multiple checks to make sure it was completely fixed. He also gave helpful advice, told interesting stories and gave me a very reasonable bill for his work. I am a happy and satisfied customer!
