Thomas was top notch. He introduced himself and was friendly and very professional. He explained everything very clearly, was very respectful of us, our belongings and our house. He cleaned up and was very thorough. He went way beyond to verify the warranty coverage and took care of all the paper work. I would rate him a 6 if I could.
