We’ve had two service people coming to our home to work on two refrigerators and each time, both techs did a really great job in diagnosing, ordering the necessary parts needed for the repairs and completing the job once parts arrived to our house. Not only that, but they kept the appliance and surrounding working area completely clean. We’ve been pleasantly impressed by the service.

The service technician Duane was great, deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, Sears Appliance Repair deserves only 2 stars: NO telephone to reach them if you need to get last minute updates or want to make sure your technician has the correct details. Multiple efforts to get our appliance fixed. Mostly screw-ups on their end with weird phone #s (not ours). A long story, but they could use a number where you could talk to a real person in real time and solve problems.
