The service technician Duane was great, deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, Sears Appliance Repair deserves only 2 stars: NO telephone to reach them if you need to get last minute updates or want to make sure your technician has the correct details. Multiple efforts to get our appliance fixed. Mostly screw-ups on their end with weird phone #s (not ours). A long story, but they could use a number where you could talk to a real person in real time and solve problems.

My service tech was great! And even though my washer was not repaired… I was thankful for his evaluation and feedback on what was wrong and needed to be fixed. He was extremely helpful and courteous and I was very pleased with the experience!

Filled out an online repair request on a Sunday. Technician came first thing Wednesday and repaired our clothes washer. Very friendly and helpful, explained everything about the issue.
