The technician called to let me know the estimated arrival time. He knew what the problem was before he took apart my refrigerator when I told him what was happening. It did not take him long to fix the issue. He also helped me to sign up for the warranty to save money for my appliances. He was very helpful! I have been using Sears Direct for over 8 years now.
