We had Edward come out to diagnose our refrigerator (not cooling). He was prompt, courteous, diagnosed the problems quickly, explained everything clearly to me, and showed the patience of Job while on the phone dealing with our home warranty people on our behalf.

This was a great service call! The fact that I waited on Saturday morning for 4 hours and then you canceled was TERRIBLE service! However, this experience was everything that I could hooe for.

My technician was Ed, he was quick in diagnosing the issue with our 7 yr old Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Although we decided not to repair it, we received full details of the cost to repair so we took an informed decision. Thank you Ed I’d give you 10 stars if I could.
