The commitment that Ed showed to getting our refrigerator fixed after multiple attempts was impressive. He did a fantastic job and came back several times often working through a break to make sure things happened. The office manager did a great job getting us the parts the fact that the scheduling service canceled us several times at the last minute was very disappointing, but Ed did a fantastic job.
