The worst warranty service plan. They are happy to take your money but when it comes to service forget it. I will give them ZERO. No live person to talk to to explain the problem.

When you schedule an appointment they try to get all of your information including credit card details upfront. They want to upsell you at every possible turn with extra warranties and cleanings. They say they can come out the next day and then two hours later you get a notice that your appointment has been rescheduled to the next week. Total bait and switch. Go with a local company that won't jerk you around instead.

The technician was great, fixed our oven, very professional. The scheduling service was terrible. We had 5 no shows after waiting each day from 7-4. I would not recommend this company.

This whole process is a money grab for the “driving fee” we had a sear worker come out and give us a quote of 398 and told us it would take 6 days to repair. During that time they sent out another person but instead of fixing it he decided to give me a quote that was 300 more. He didn’t have any notes on what was broken. Both estimates could not explain what was broken, and demanded I pay the driving fee. This is all a scam, and it’s better off doing your business elsewhere. I promise you it’s not worth the time.

The Technician did not provide the write-up/documentation of his diagnosis. He stated that it’s estimated at 500 dollars for repair. It’s better to buy new appliance. Just pay the 139 dollars for driving out here. It seems like there’s no intention to provide service but to collect the driving fee. It’s evident that Technician is not in sync with the Sears National Contact Center on clean and maintain, diagnosis and repair. So confusing.

SEARS is unable to fix anything in a timely manner. I would anticipate if you deal with a sears technician you will be lied to and have your time and patience wasted. I have been waiting for several months and numerous phone calls to get something fixed that I have already paid for and each call I am told to wait another week. I believe that whatever is left of this company may very well be a scam to take money from hard working Americans

I requested a check of a used appliance for safety as I received it from a former neighbor. The Sears technician who came out noted no issues or concerns. $149 for peace of mind seemed like money well spent. I gave the dryer to a young couple with an infant. They had it checked while installing and uncovered it had previously had a lint fire and the drum was packed with lint!!! They disposed of it for safety reasons. I am trying to contact Sears under their 30 day warranty to get a full refund but there is no contact info for this purpose. Hoping this gets someone’s attention.
