Timothy provided plenty of answers to my questions about my appliance problems. I had a power surge from my electric provider and it damaged the products beyond repair at a reasonable price on the refrigerator and, the parts were no longer available for the oven/range. Very polite and friendly.

Timothy was excellent. He was courteous, humorous and an efficient workman despite the late hour 6;40pm.. I like your computerized scheduling, but it needs serious cleanup! I received numerous emails or texts that contradicted one another. It is hard enough sitting all day wondering when you are coming
