I was very pleased with Joes performance as a knowledgeable technician. The company he works for does not impress me! May 4 we waited all day for a technician to show up. We did receive notice a technician would be here on May 4 2026. No show no call! Soon after receive email to reschedule, like it is my fault. There's no way to speak with a live person to figure things out Recommendation ( your client service needs some major changes)

Technician solved the problem in no time but also took the trouble to double check all functions. Additionally, he gave helpful advice about potential issues and sound practices for protecting the life of the washer and dryer unit. Excellent service. We couldn't be more satisfied.
