James was complaining professional and worked very hard to fix the problem with the washer. This was the 4th visit from Sears over the past few months but it became clear to Hames that the control panel ordered to replace was not the right model number. It is no longer available. I was very pleased to have all te repair services refunded.

Totally professional
Tim provided a warranty visit on a new electric range and diagnosed the problem right away. Unfortunately, it was in the house wiring so he was unable to repair it himself, but he pointed me in the right direction. he was competent and affable and a pleasure to work with.
