Levi was good ,SEARS is terrible
I do not blame Levi but after 12 weeks trying to repair my washer, wasting my time and money I feel you should either replace the washer or give me credit towards a new one. I will NEVER recommend you guys to anyone

Mechanic Fls, MEGE dryer repair call after two cancellations by Sears.
Jim arrived when he said he would. Was very professional and found my dryer problem quickly. Unfortunately he didn't have the correct belt and was unable to fix the problem.

Parts were ordered for the freezer including a new fan. The fan that came in was not the right part. The technician left if with us, it was not installed. Food on the top door shelf is not freezing. This is the 4th service call we've had on this brand new appliance

We have a gas dryer that needed repair, but our serviceman was not notified it was gas vs electric so he could not repair it. Also the parts sent were missing high temperature adhesive for the gaskets. We have been unable to contact a live person to remedy the situation. Very unhappy with the communication!

The part he replaced did not fix the oven. I smelled propane before it lit. He turned on the vent and said to always use when baking. Oven temperature did not maintain while baking. Dropped to 185 degrees. Went to a neighbor to finish baking bread.

Dryer repair.
Technician did not arrive after two days of waiting. received an invoice that they did the work. This is unacceptable.

My wife and I are dealing with serious medical problems that limit our ability to focus on cleaning, and one of our dogs is reaching the end of her life and is incontinent. We are also struggling with issues related to plumbing in the house that makes even basic housework much more challenging. Timothy spent virtually all the time he was here criticizing our home and reported that our home should be condemned rather than doing what he was sent here to do. We were appalled by his manner and would never ever recommend him to enter anyone's home if it didn't meet his apparently high standards

Repair man did not come in the house and did not repair the machine which has died. Not functioning at all. Very frustrating
