Great job- finally
Timothy came out the 3rd time in one year. We finally had all the right parts on hand. He did a great job and everything seems to be working ok.

Alex was good to work with. No problem with him. When he was done, I started the dryer up, and ran ok. Today, when I put a load in, the dryer made a loud noise, like something was loose inside. It was a light load. When I turned the drum forward by hand it made a banging sound at the same spot every time. Did not make it when I turned it backwards. I am afraid that may become a greater issue in the future. It needs to be looked at again.

Our tech (nice guy) got the part in but the washer was still exhibiting error messages and he didn't have enough time to figure out what was wrong. Scheduling was too tight. The washer worked better but today error messages continue. A call back will be required.
