James was so polite, on time, helpful and took it a step at a time. He checked with us prior to making any repairs or decisions. He was quick, methodical and very happy to explain what was wrong, what was needed and help us sort our decision for repair vs buying a new dryer. He cleaned up nicely and the dryer is working very well again. He was exactly what you always wish for in a technician.
