Technician never showed up. Never received a call text or email. It's impossible to talk to a person, machine just hangs up on you.

A nightmare experience. Call customer service for a washer repair, paid everything upfront over $500 is more than the cost for some washers. Technician came couldn’t diagnose of fix the problem. Returned to my home multiple times still couldn’t. He then tells me he doesn’t know what is wrong with my washer and as such cannot repair it. He places a request for me to get 70% refund on my money, and to call the number I called to book the repair. No actual person is available to speak to me now, I keep getting referred to an AI agent who cannot process refunds. 6 months later, I don’t have working washer or my refund. I will never use their services again, should stick local repair guys.
