The Unfixed Washer
We called Sears Service because 'another' repair service did come and fix something for us but on a question I had after the repair was done, I was spoken to in a very, very bad way by the owner. It was belittling, rude and didn't answer my question and made me regret using him to begin with. So next time we called Sears like we've done in the past and Tom was great! He wasn't able to get the part (it's not manufactured anymore) but he was informative and wonderful to speak with and just a pleasure to have in the house working on our washer even though it still didn't work when he was done(not by his doing). I've learned my lesson! Sears Services will be my go to when I need help from now on. Especially if all their workers are as well mannered and a pleasure to speak with as Tom!

Samsung Dishwasher
Thomas was great to work with on both occasions he was at our home. Personable, knowledgeable and did a great job explaining what he was doing/finding as he was working on our dishwasher. 10/10 recommend him.

Service on 9-11
Thomas was friendly, knowledgeable and got the work done quickly. Problem has been that the first person called and couldn't make it , too late in the day. He did diagnose the problem on the phone and ordered the part. , which I had to pay for then along with labor. So got scheduled for the repair 4 weeks later. Guy didn't show up, when I called to check he said his vehicle broke down. So was scheduled for the following week. No one showed up and I was told the call was closed and would have to be rescheduled. I then asked to speak with management , no one ever got back to me. I called again and spoke to a recall specialist who set me up for today. Thomas had trouble finding us because phone gps's don't work here. Real gps works fine. Thomas was great but the customer service people are useless. It was ridiculous having to keep being ignore esp by management.

Dishwasher Error Code AE & Cooktop Service
James kept us informed regarding his arrival time. He inspected our gas cooktop first, cleaned around the burners, and verified each burner lit. Next he ran the dishwasher through the various cycles, verified the dishwasher was draining completely, and inspected under the dishwasher for leaks. Unfortunately, the dishwasher ran perfectly while he was here and never repeated the error Code AE we had seen at least three times. James ran the dishwasher repeatedly trying to diagnose the issue. We are very pleased with James' efforts and would call him again.

Repairman and service
Excellent and professional. I declined service on my GE oven (broken igniter) because a part costing $262 and a labor cost of $343 is prohibitive for my budget! Not fair that I purchased a Sears GE gas range 7 yrs ago for about $700 and a simple repair costing almost as much as a new product! Adjust your parts and labor costs and you'll have me back as a customer!
