What's upsetting is my issue was 'determined 2 months ago and the part was received. Now I'm told it was "incorrectly diagnosed" I have lost 2 months.. no oven. I am not happy.

First tech should have pulled unit to find problem. Not four trips later. Two months without dishwasher. Stop relying on trouble codes. Last trip out Tim did pull washer out took 10 mins to do this. Still did not pull side panel until last trip out after new pump arrived. Found another problem that he would not fix, as it was a chewed wire. Now I have to spend $1000 to replace dishwasher.
