He's terrific!
Honestly everything about this repair was seamless. He arrived as scheduled, triaged the problem and explained everything in great detail. We had to order the replacement parts and a return visit was scheduled before he left. The dryer works great and I'm glad to know sears is still out there. I'm 67 and grew up with sears. It always stood as a business you could trust and apparently still is. Thank you

It was easy to find and schedule an appointment quickly- in my case it was next day. The technician arrived within the allocated time give or take a few minutes. The updates via text where appreciated. It can be a little nerve wracking having strangers come into your home for a service call, but Alex was very personable and down to earth and I felt at ease in no time. I was curious about the issue on hand and he explained the steps and processes he was taking to troubleshoot. In the end I was given a clearly explained and categorized estimate to repair appliance. I did not feel pressured or like any question was a dumb question. I now have a clear answer to my issue and how I am going to proceed. I would not hesitate to call again.
