Although the multitude of reminders that Levi was coming was a bit much I appreciated the communication. That same communication seemed to be lacking between the office and Levi, as he asked me questions that he should have already known but, he did explain. Upon his arrival he went right to work, diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed what was wrong. He was very polite and professional and explained everything thoroughly.
