Good GE washer repair
Scott repaired a leak in our front-loading GE washing machine by replacing a failed washer door gasket. He called to let me know when he would arrive. He also answered all my questions about the repair.

Scott is an example of Outstanding customer facing/service, he called providing his ETA and was so kind, respectful and very detailed explaining the replacement process and residual glue removal from the original part install. He was sure to clean up perfectly, I am truly grateful-Sears should have more Techs like Scott he is a great representation of Sears!
