Tech arrived and I described the problem. He replaced the new battery I had installed, and everything worked. He additionally got rid of the loud screeching noise the lift spring was making. He knew his stuff.

Julian outgoing person, fix the problem with no problem at all nice person all the way around he knows what he's doing. Besides that I think seers as a company should reach out to other customers letting them know what time the service guy will be there that will be a big plus to customers if Caesars does that not give me the window from 7 AM till 6 PM seers will be nice if they cut their window down at least by two or three hours if they can't
