It took over six weeks for the repair to be completed. I had four appointments that were cancelled on the day of the appointment. No call, no explanation other thana text from Richard, Sears AI scheduling assisatant informinn me that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. Very frustrating. Horrible cutomer service.

Scott was here between the time quoted. He called ahead of time to let me know his exact arrival. He installed the part and tested it out quickly and throughly. He was very courteous!
