dishwasher

Our dishwasher randomlly cuts out and looses all controls. It comes back to life on its own days later. The repair man just watched it and says it all looks good. And leaves. I getnit was the end of the day but come on. Dis not check its computer or anything. We are stuck with a maybe working dishwasher, and our warranty inches closer to used up. Could have said yup somethings faulty and written us up a replacement like the warranty says!!!

Sears Wasted 11 Hours of My Day

You gave me a nine hour window from 8 am until 5 pm, which is awful enough, but then showed up at 7 pm. No calls or texts with arrival updates the day of. The website you provided the day prior had an "estimated" arrival time but it was useless. I wasted eleven hours waiting for the tech to show up, and because you were two hours late my wife had to miss my daughter's promotion scheduled for 7 pm. Jeff was nice enough, and he completed the work, but a nine hour window and then showing up two hours late is unacceptable. I'm assuming this is because Jeff was overbooked for the day, and the fault is with Sears Home Services, which we will never use again.

Did not fix problems Was not trained to correctly fix refrigerator/freezer/icemaker. We have warranty. No help He came into home with nothing but cell phone
