Technician was nice and quick. Had part needed on his truck. Upsetting that office didn't notify us that we were last on the schedule since he didn't show up until 5.15 with the given time frame between 8 and 5. Would have been nice to have had the window narrowed down at least to the afternoon and then it wouldn't have been a whole day wasted.

Tech installed new gasket on dishwasher, and noticed replacement spray arm was wrong one. He then reordered correct replacement spray arm, however part just arrived today and while packing slip lists correct part, the actual part in the shipment is an ice maker for a fridge. I'm unsure how to proceed.

Aaron was very knowledgeable. Pushed one button and fixed. When calling for a repair, I did ask for a tech to talk me through the locked machine fix, over the phone but they would not transfer me to a tech to talk to . It's a shame, it would have saved you a trip. You Need to revisit your procedures to save your company money too.

How anyone can come out and replace something and not find out why it's not working correctly is useless. I could have done it myself.

Two scheduled appointments the first one they blew off the second one they didn't come to the correct house. Can't get in touch with them. They are playing games. This is a horrible experience.

Poor customer service

Dario us isn't pleasant, he was rough on my appliance pulling the refrigerator out by its handles , I heard them crack. Then he struggled and struggled to replace the ice maker flap, and now it leaks . It doesn't have a tight seal. This has been an unpleasant experience and he's always short in temperament.

I had another company out they say it's the wear and tear years old!!! Cesar said something is caught in line not serviced!!! He is full of crap!!! Guess you get paid from choice home warranty company to not honor the service I pay for!!! I am not finished 1 am getting other opinions and a lawyer!!!
