Darius repair was done timely and communicated with us in regards to his arrival time. However, I will never use A&E for repairs. Stay home a whole day and no tech came as scheduled. One service tech (Not Darious) came to my home with his pants off his a.. I had to do they job informing them that I received the part that was ordered. The first part arrived damage it was cracked. It took almost a month to repair my refrigerator. Would not recommend A&E to anyone.

Peter took the time to explain his work. It so happened that a part ordered to repair the appliance was not needed. The part that maybe needed to remedy the problem is no longer available. He was kind enough to refer me to the model number of that part for me to follow up in tracking down where I may source it. In addition to refunding me for the part purchased.
