The whole process was seamless and I was constantly updated on my status for service on my refrigerator. Ram was professional and made sure he understood what the issues were. He explained what was happening and what was needed to fix the problem. If it wasn't for the parts delay, my refrigerator would have been fixed a lot soon. Highly recommend!

It was an 8-5 appointment. All day my phone said between 5.:30pm and 7.:45pm. He had no idea why he was here. I told join of the parts that had to be installed. I assume the issues are your companies fault. He was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. He represented your company well. He gets a 5 your company 2
