My service repair today finally lived up to the early days of Sears Service! Technician Tom arrived at the time that was given to me early this morning so I didn't have to sit by the window and watch all day!! The tech went right to work and efficiently and neatly figured out the problems with my dishwasher! He is a gem!!! He needs a gold star on his uniform!!!
